This workshop stresses the profound effect that the attitudes and behaviors of every Team Member has on the entire work environment. We will explore the areas of preferred social interaction, team work style & organizational preferences, (listening and talking skills.) The goal of this training is to identify and practice behavioral options to create harmony and get tasks accomplished through cooperative actions of the entire team. By recognizing the elements that affect positive professional relationships and partnerships, smoother transitions can be made, challenges met, and inevitable changes will be accepted.
