Globally, HIV is the leading cause of death for women of reproductive age. Gender shapes women’s HIV prevention, testing and treatment outcomes from    biology to behavior and the broader social-structural environment that serves as the backdrop to the epidemic

Who Should Submit?

We invite public health, medicine and nursing students, resident physicians, post-doctoral fellows, research scientists and associates, and junior faculty to submit original research focused on women’s health and HIV. Accepted  papers will be invited to present their work as an oral or poster presentation at the Women & HIV Symposium.
